Stress Relief For Women

The Heart and Stroke Foundation recommends the following stress relief tips:
  1. Change something in your lifestyle.
  2. Relaxation techniques - Yoga, meditation, deep breathing, massage.
  3. Exercise.
  4. Time management - Prioritize.
  5. Eat healthy foods.
  6. Get enough sleep.
  7. Talk with others.
  8. Volunteer.
  9. Relax doing something just for you: Reading, movie, music, playing a game.
  10. Work off anger physically (Yes! Yes! Yessss!).
  11. Stop trying to be perfect.
  12. Avoid quarrels when possible with Louis Mercier;)
